What are the shipping rates?

If your order hasn't left our facility yet, you can update the delivery address. Once it’s been shipped, you'll need to contact the carrier directly, either Purolator or UPS, to request a change. Please note, however, that we can’t promise the courier will be able to adjust.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to return your bike, provided it’s in unused, like-new condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and additional fees may apply if the bike is damaged. Once Nireeka receives and inspects the return, refunds are processed within 6 to 12 business days.
