Can I change the delivery address?

If your order hasn't left our facility yet, you can update the delivery address. Once it’s been shipped, you'll need to contact the carrier directly, either Purolator or UPS, to request a change. Please note, however, that we can’t promise the courier will be able to adjust.

How long will delivery take?

In-stock bikes ship from California within 2 business days, you receive a tracking number within that time.
Transit typically takes 2-7 days, depending on your ZIP code, and is carried by
UPS or FedEx
Pre-orders/backorders ship per the estimated date listed on each product page, typically within 30 days.

What's the return window and process?

Kingbull offers a 15-day return window from the date you receive your bike. To qualify, the bike must be unused, have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer, and be returned in its original packaging.

Customers are required to submit photos or videos of the bike before return approval. A return shipping fee of $150 applies per bike or $230 for orders from Hawaii, along with a 10% handling fee, which is deducted from the refund. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. If the return is due to a product quality issue, Kingbull will also refund the shipping and handling costs.
